An improving morning but the vis was dire! Pipits were strong initially with a group of 11 but this was not to hold as the infrequent trickle soon decreased to singles - where is the big spring wave this year? This type of weather obviously dosent suit the vis. A pair of Little Ringed Plovers over flew the reservoir gaining height and continuing to the north and thats about it for this morning. No sign of the Water Pipit.
