Weather and Sky:
A dark fairly windy but dry morning. SW F4 becoming S F5, 11 rising 13, Elslack Moor / Pudsey, complex broken stratus initially becoming stratocumulus 8ok, 1012 falling 1011hPa.

Initially a very good movement of Meadow Pipits and unlike yesterday importantly a two observer count with three very active streams being counted in full (so far as we could tell!!) with scope and bins, however the movement whilst very concentrated initially soon reduced and was virtually done prior to 0900hr after the wind had swung and picked up considerably. Two observers in this instance picked up twice as many mipits as a single observer would have done. Otherwise little moving with some time spent looking out over Airedale, trying for the first PFG’s but to no avail. There will be some day photos on Skyscapes when the blogger will let me upload!!!
